The Seascanner Rail & Cruise ticket is valid on DB (Deutsche Bahn) routes from all German train stations on all scheduled regular trains (including ICE, IC and EC) and includes a free seat reservation, as well as the City Ticket. Unfortunately, a BahnCard discount cannot be granted. Children (up to and including 14 years) travel free of charge when accompanied by their parents/grandparents. For journeys over 100 km, the Seascanner Rail & Cruise ticket can also be used on the day before the ship's departure and on the day after the ship's arrival.
- Seascanner Rail & Cruise SAVER: Save on your ticket price - The Seascanner Rail & Cruise SAVER is subject to a train connection after selecting the desired connection (does not apply to local trains; however, the journey must be completed by 10:00 AM on the following day). Rebooking/cancellation is not possible.
- Seascanner Rail & Cruise FLEX: Benefit from more flexibility - with Seascanner Rail & Cruise FLEX, you select the connection you want, but are then flexible in the use of the trains (provided you keep the selected route and class). Rebooking/cancellation is possible on request.

Die Außenkabinen sind alle für maximal zwei Reisende ausgestattet.
Zur Grundaustattung der Kabinen zählt ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC, ein Föhn, eine Klimaanlage, ein Fernseher, ein Telefon und ein Safe.
In der Nähe der Rezeption gibt es eine kleine Lounge-Ecke mit dieser gemütlichen Bibliothek.
Für die schönsten Reiseandenken sollten Sie den Shop auf dem Oberdeck besuchen.
An der Rezeption können Sie bei Bedarf WLAN gegen Gebühr buchen.
In der lichtdurchfluteten Panorama-Bar gibt es am Abend musikalische Darbietungen.
Die Getränke an der Bar sind nicht im Reisepreis enthalten. Es wird jedoch ein Getränkepaket angeboten, welches bereits vor Reisebeginn gebucht werden kann.
Die Live-Musik in der Panorama-Bar ermuntert die Gäste, die kleine Tanzfläche zu nutzen.
Gelegentlich finden in der Panorama-Bar auch Vorträge statt.
Das Restaurant befindet sich auf dem Hauptdeck und ist dank des Fahrtstuhls leicht zugänglich.
Die Getränke der Kaffee- und Teestation in der Eingangshalle sind im Reisepreis enthalten.
Zum Mittag- und Abendessen werden köstliche mehrgängige Menüs serviert.
Die Speisen variieren zwischen regionalen und internationalen Spezialitäten.
Die öffentlichen Bereiche wie der geschützte Wintergarten Sky Lounge wurden zuletzt Anfang 2018 renoviert.
Das Sonnendeck erreichen die Gäste bequem mit dem Treppenlift oder zu Fuß über die Treppe.
