Feedback from our customers

• This was my second time with AIDA. This time I organized a trip for 8 people. Since they were traveling for the first time, maybe they will use AIda services again in the future.
• I like them, doing already second time with them
• Our mission is to learn German and go back to AIDA again. Our lack of German made it a little tricky so we feel we would have an even better experience if we had some German next time.
• Total disorganisation.Reception and serving staff were not wellcoming and not helpful.All specialities restaurants were already fully booked from the first day of our arrival and we had to scramble and fight to find a table in the buffet restaurants....
• I Will travel becouse is good price but Im more satisfsi with Msc
• After this cruise I am an Aida fan and like in the song " i want all, i want it all and i want it now."
• Definitively would use again.
• No activities onboard in English.
• too short voyage for 1 week cruise.
• Terrible booking process in terms of payment. Inadequate information on website and hard to navigate. Over-crowded and too many children. I thought I was constantly in a corridor. Not good for singles. Previous 2 AIDA cruises have been wonderful, on different ships at different times....
